My hair is medium length, sort of thick, and is in need of a step by step hairstyle that is easy to do!?
I have a straightener, a crimper, a curling iron, hairspray, gel, and ponytail holders, brushes, etcc...
Please give me some easy ideas i can use on dry, layered, medium thick hair!! Thanks!!

2. plow dry
3. straighten
4. brush
5. spray
going somewhere special? add this .
(don't spray your hair if you are adding these steps)
5. i no you straightened your hair already but this works so well! curl your hair into tight curls .
6. add gel
7. curl into loose curls
8. jump up and down

1. Part you hair in the middle and brush it straight.

ok. Mine is like yours. What i do is when i get out of the shower and it is wet, put in some Garnier Fructis hard curl cream that comes in a short, lime green container with a dark green lid. Put it through all of your hair and dont use the blowdryer/diffuser. Let it air- dry and it will be healthy and beautiful!!! everyone compliments me on my hair and im sure they will on yours, too! good luck! glad i could share my secret with someone else!
ps. I have sidebangs that i straighten every morning (or when i dont want to wear them in a clip) that look awesome. you should try this!

1st you part the front of your hair from where your eyebrows begin, or as if your making a bang.(dnt have to be neat)
2nd you seperate that and make a nice neat pony tail or sloppy whatever you like.
3rd after your ahir is in a ponytail just the way you like it, get the parted hair and brush it up and tease it a little so you wont break your hair.
4th get some hair clips bobbi pins or whatever to hold hair bck (not hair bow). Groom it to your perfection and your done.

You will be able to see your hair and trim it neatly. Stand straight and tall-Then comb you hair, style it. If the sides still need to be trimmed, try to cut them at an angle starting from top to bottom. WA-LA!! Magic hairstyle! And you will look great!! Good luck!

try warming clean socks in the dryer be4 bed, and rolling them in your hair %26amp; pinning them in place. when u wake up, take em out and do a funky side pony tail or leave it down. Its cute! use hairspray, too

fix your hair in a half-pony (separate the ';top'; part of your hair, from ear to ear, and tie it) that way, your hair will look less thicker and you'll look neat too! i used to have thick hair also, so i always fix it in a half-ponytail. another thing, you can braid it! goodluck!

I have super curly hair that's the same length as yours. Here's what I do, hope it helps:
Wash Hair. Condition for 2 minutes. Rinse in cool water and leave a *little* conditioner in hair. Squeeze out excess water (gently). DO NOT TOWEL DRY! Use a dime size amount of frizz serum (any kind but I like frizz eaze). Run through ends, avoid roots. Comb once or twice with wide tooth comb while still wet. Use a quarter size (maybe slightly bigger) amount of gel. I love Biolage Gelee, not sticky. Rub gel between palms and distribute evenly through hair. Gently shape into the style you want (parted, side swept, etc). Ready?

This hairstyle is one I recommended to a girl looking for a style like Blake Lively's:
I'd recommend some Paul Mitchell Quick Slip as a nice styling cream. Work it in while your hair is damp.
Blow dry your hair upside down to give it some fullness. Then, clip all your hair up, except a 1'; section at the base of your neck. Work a 1 1/2'; barrel curling iron through narrow sections, curling all the way to your scalp. Continue to do this, taking 1'; sections down at a time, until all your hair is curled.
Work your fingers through with a product like CHI Twisted Fabric. It will add shine and definition to the style. Do not worry if the curls look too tight at first. You always want them to be a little tighter in the beginning, so that when they soften/loosen up, they'll be just right.
Finish off with a light/medium hold hairspray, such as Paul Mitchell Super Clean Spray.

You could put your hair in a low ponytail then twist it up and clip it, when you twist it, you have to twirl the low pony tail.
A neat and professional look is parting your hair deep to the side, and then tying and low pony tail. Use a smoothing hair serum before hand. This looks nice on straight and curly hair. Use a headband if you have short layers around your face.
